week 2 Communication Between Business & Consumer

Over the years as social media grows, more growth opportunities for business to take advantage of. The biggest gain from social media nowadays is more options for visibility. Being able to be seen promotes more clients and more profits as well.The downsize to this are reviews can be very easily hurt or help your business based on the services offer to them. Based on my research, I google a company for computer technician and found one call Asurion Phone & Tech Repair and the reviews are mostly good reviews but the negative reviews still hurts because of communications are lacking. In the digital age, communication has change so much that they expect a response for any mistakes the company made. If I were to leave a response for a company, it will be very positive because if it is something that I like, I will leave a review on why I like it. Week1 B: Social Media Use Today

 I feel social media as of today isn't the same as what it use to because suddenly it more focus on the opinions of others rather it focus on networking. The purpose of these platforms are to generate connection with other from around the world so the world can see each other and build a bond together to share a common growth. When it comes to platforms I use more than one social media mainly for business as I have more then one type of business. For examples, I have a youtube channel for when I do filming or recordings for my podcast and each time I film, I uploaded on my channel. I also create video artwork for resume business. Another I use is Instagram for mainly for my artwork that I do like motion graphic and I got into NFT recently as I learn about it.I use media as a business. I rarely do personal post nowadays because I have become pretty private in my personal life. Week1A: My Blog Theme

The reason I chose galaries as my theme because I have a strong fondness for anything ocean or beach theme. Each time I think about the ocean, I get this amazing relaxing feeling that puts me at ease knowing that I am away from all the noise I dealt with everyday so the ocean is my theme This is one of the photos I've taken when I was at Oceanside where the area had an easier access to unlike most beaches I'd attended in the past and present. I love going to this place as I can get to enjoy the wonders and the sunset for going to such a place. Unlike most beaches, this is the most common place to visit but it is the most well known of them all. I remember when I first visit this place on my own for the first time, I would be amazed by it as I used to take the train going to Oceanside when I started attending MiraCosta college 11 years ago.
